Experience

Nov 2021 – Dec 2022

Senior Project Manager

Edelman DxI

  • Captured requirements, estimated fees, and wrote SOWs for creative, media, and measurement services valued up to $2.2M.
  • Found senior-labor utilization running 10–15% over target through actual-versus-expected hour analysis in Edelman’s reporting platform and Tableau. My staffing recommendations returned it to target, and margin grew 10% year over year.
Jul 2021 – Nov 2021

Scrum Master (Consultant)

Anheuser-Busch

  • Led the Scrum transition for the Beyond Beer division, consolidating twelve brand teams into one operating unit. The data-gathering-to-insight pipeline fell from about three days to under 24 hours.
  • Trained six teams across the country on agile methodology.
Mar 2020 – Jul 2021

Senior Project Manager

Jump450 Media

  • Co-founded the agency’s project management office.
  • Built a Slack-integrated approval pipeline (Zapier, Airtable) between Wegmans and Jump450. Asset time-to-market fell from 2–3 weeks to 3–4 days.
  • Rebuilt campaign reporting in Tableau. Biweekly reports became screenshots instead of hand-gathered decks, saving each team member 4–6 hours a week.
Jan 2024 – Nov 2025

Intake Specialist (systems work)

PRC Baker Places

  • Replaced a fax-based referral process across four houses, partner jails, and SF DPH with a digital workflow. Placements got 25–50% faster; average bed utilization rose from 62% to over 78%.
  • Built the program’s utilization reporting, read by agency leadership and SF DPH.
Apr 2026 – Present

Project Lead & Digital Archivist

CRFW Archive

  • Inventoried and secured a 48,538-file digital estate for an artist’s family, with fixity checks on every on-disk file.
  • Designed the knowledge base the public site regenerates from, with sensitivity tiers and a publish gate agreed with the family.
